CBHI - IM/InterNACHI Certified Sewer Scope Inspectors/CBHI Sewer Scope Inspection Services

CBHI sewer scope inspection services are performed at the time of the CBHI home inspection only, for a service fee in addition to the home inspection fee; per each CBHI sewer scope inspection performed/scheduled. A video visual observation, using a high-definition self-leveling camera, of the main lateral sewer line from the subject property to the city tap, HOA tap, or septic tank only. CBHI sewer scope inspection reporting documents existing site conditions physically and visually accessible during the sewer scope process as of inspection date/time. Services are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Sewer Scope Inspection Standards of Practice (SOP).

• Per CBHI’s client continuous gifting program - $50.00 off CBHI sewer scope inspection fee when a CBHI sewer scope inspection is performed with/at the time of a CBHI home inspection.
